Booking Cancellations, Credits and Refunds
As a family-run business, we rely on advance bookings to organise our horses, instructors, courses and activities. The following terms apply when a customer cancels, changes or does not attend a booking.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change a riding lesson, course, holiday activity or other activity booking.
All membership subscription payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes any unused membership time, privileges or benefits.
Lessons, courses and activities booked by members remain subject to our standard 48-hour cancellation and booking-change terms.
In some circumstances, the Centre may schedule a member’s future lessons before the relevant membership subscription payment has been received. If the membership is cancelled before those lessons take place, the Centre will:
Any credit issued will be subject to the terms set out in our Account Credit section below.
Money credited to a customer’s account cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.
Available account credit may be used to pay for future bookings or to purchase gift vouchers.
The number of children confirmed at the time of booking forms part of the party reservation.
The amount available for refund depends on how far in advance the party is cancelled:
Every refund approved under this policy will have a £25 administration charge deducted from it.
